Life and careerEdit
Eriköfrend was born on 9 December 1993 in the Hoffmann district of Ubenmoor. She is the oldest daughter of Bleta and Erik Samöfrend. Her parents divorced when Eriköfrend was three. She has an older brother, younger sister, four maternal half-siblings and two paternal half-siblings.
She was raised by her mother, and has had three step-fathers throughout her life. On her upbringing, she stated "It was definitely weird being a celebrity's kid. I would be five years old walking through the street with my mother and people with cameras would ambush us. I didn't know what this was, I thought it happened to everyone".
Eriköfrend began her entertainment career at the age of two, acting in commercials and doing print modeling. She performed for the first time at age four when she sang with her mother during the Call Me Bleta Tour. She attended primary school in Hoffmann, graduating in 2009. Following her graduation, she began attending Queen Maria's School for the Performing Arts and graduated in 2012.
2013–present: Breakthrough and Suicide Blonde Pt. 2Edit
In early 2013, it was announced that Eriköfrend had signed a recording contract with Cyclops Records at the urging of her mother. The contract was rumored to be worth over $5 million.
Later in the year, she released her debut single "Heartbeat". The song was a massive success, reaching number-one in three countries. She later revealed that her debut album would be titled Suicide Blonde Pt. 2, alluding to her mother's 1992 album.
The album was released in 2014, and was a major success. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, it was massively popular, reaching number-one in two countries and the Top 3 in two others. Following its release, she was dubbed "The New Bleta" and "The Princess of Lashpop" by the media. The album also produced the hit singles "Hit the Lights", "Thank You", and "High".
Eriköfrend resides in the Jorden district of Ubenmoor in a shared apartment with her sister Karmella. She was raised a Lashardian Orthodox Christian but no longer identifies with the religion.
She is a vegetarian and posed nude as a part of PETA Asmatys' "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" campaign in 2015. Her and her sister own two rescue dogs. She also is a supporter of LGBT rights in Lashardia. She is close friends with singers AnaMarina and Olga Davorcha, in addition to child of Hans Grötöjohanes, Palina Hansöjohanes.
