Zak, King Consort (Lashardian: Chistiżklackom Zakilasda; born Zak Albertötressler on 23 July 1974) is the husband of Queen Sabina and the king consort of Lashardia.
Zak worked as a neurosurgeon prior to his marriage to Sabina. On 19 September 2010, he became the first ever king consort of an independent Lashardia.
Life and career[]
Zak Albertötressler was born on 23 July 1974 in Kesa, Nortensland. His father Albert worked as a hotel manager while his mother Danyella was a tour guide. He has an older sister Pippa and a younger sister Monika. The family was middle class.
Zak attended primary school in Kesa, where he was a shy outsider. However, he excelled academically, particularly in science and mathematics. He graduated from primary school in 1989, and went on to attend a mathematics and natural sciences high school with a specialization in neuroscience. He graduated from high school as the valedictorian in 1992.
After graduating from high school, Zak moved to Ubenmoor where he began attending Queen's University as a pre-med major. He graduated from university summa cum laude in 1996. He later began studying at Queen's University College of Medicine, which he graduated from in 1998 and began his career as a neurosurgeon.
Marriage[]
Zak was first introduced to Queen Sabina in 1995, after being introduced by a mutual friend. They instantly hit it off and soon began a romantic relationship. The couple became engaged in 2000, and later married in 2002. Following their wedding, Zak received the title "His Royal Highness Prince Zak of Lashardia" because of his new position as the spouse of the heir presumptive to the Lashardian throne.
Sabina gave birth to their first child 1 August 2003. Unlike in royal tradition, the couple gave their first daughter a unique name, Gaia. Their second child, a son named Henryk was born on 27 May 2005, and their third child, a daughter named Stelle, was born on 1 January 2007.
Royal duties[]
Since becoming a member of the royal family, King Zak has performed royal duties and attended official events. He holds no political influence, and his duties largely consist of accompanying his wife and in-laws at events.
Personal life[]
The official residence of the Queen and the King Consort is Efterslot Palace located in Hoffmann, while their summer residence is Morningburg Palace in Vershando.

The Queen and King Consort have two daughters and one son.
