Vitcherch is a small rural district. It is known as the wine capital of Ubenmoor, and thus is a popular weekend vacation destination for wine enthusiasts. The district mainly consists of farms and vineyards.

There are four Lashardian Orthodox Churches located in Vitcherch. According to the 2012 census, 72% of Vitcherch residents identify as Lashardian Orthodox Christians, 25% as atheist, agnostic, or unaffiliated, and 3% as other religions.
There are five primary schools and five high schools located in Vitcherch. Vitcherch's schools are noted as some of the best in all of Ubenmoor.
